This series is a celebration of the self that is grounded in its understanding of its own beauty. Painted with wet-on-wet technique, the figure blooms from the ground and settles into her space: gentle, tender, and sure.
 
This original painting was created as a response to a model call collaboration with the figure depicted in this image. This piece captures a moment of freedom and self-love  — intimate in its vulnerability but also its strength. This series reads like a love-letter to the self, these paintings honour the power of the feminine, and celebrate moments of spiritual growth and self-acceptance.
